It actually made it to a high of 90 degrees today in the low desert. Felt great. I had to change out of my long underwear finally and went to supper in a short sleeve shirt (fish &chips yum).crofter said:Currently 85 degrees and sunny in southern AZ, the low was 46 degrees.
Completed stage one of testing the Alpicool 60T without added insulation. I will run another test once the insulation is in place to see if I can improve performance. Took 4 days to freeze liquids solid and 3 days without power to thaw the liquids all at 80 degrees ambient temperature.

Got my first shot (Pfizer) a week ago. Didn't feel a thing and had no side effects. However a few (ten) days ago, I was eating bran cereal when one tooth hurt. Two days later, the dentist was asking "Would you eat an almond on that side?" and I said "No!!!" Then he looked at my tooth, barely probed and had an "Oh ****" reaction. My tooth was fractured and (after a few shots) yanked out the fragment; he said I will need an implant. I saw the dental specialist today and will have the extraction/implant (base) in 8 days. The main topic of today's visit was the price. The compound covering the root of that tooth will apparently fail eventually (probably before the end of March?) and I just want to get the broken tooth out. One good thing is that I can eat fine and have no pain (at least until the ultraviolet-cured compound fails). I think about the videos suggesting dental care in Mexico but I'm not ready to take that trip yet. Has anyone here received a dental implant in Mexico? How did it turn out?bullfrog said:^^^My first one I didn’t even feel the needle touch the skin, crazy how that can even happen. I had to check the bandaid to see if there was even a blood spot. Looked like about the size of the tip of a ball point pen. Gotta love the VA when it comes to blood work or shots!

Kind of a downer day, looking at articles on all the bad people in law enforcement and what they do to others. It's too bad there are no good people with a true sense of morality in law enforcement, but all we get are moral degenerates imposing their filth on everyone else.

Not the same, IMHO.Cammalu said:Oh man. I know there are bad cops but they aren’t all bad! That’s kinda like saying all vandwellers litter the desert.
