Spur requires things like electrical, plumbing, etc in a tiny house and it will need to be up to code, and to be inspected and of course, utility hookups will need to be done. You will have water, sewer, gas, electrical, and sanitation service, and will be paying for all of that.
Spur is a tiny little town about an hour from me...not much there but it is fairly cheap and safe. You WILL need air conditioning because summers are hot and contrary to popular 'yankee' opinions, you will need a good furnace, woodstove, etc, since we often have cold (and sometimes snowy) winters in this part of Texas.
