Don't waste your money. Lotteries are rigged in Russia, I once did some work for a member of the Russian mafia, he showed me a box full of lottery tickets he just had printed, with a grin he asked me how many winners do I think are in there, I shrugged, he laughed and said none. I must admit I am confused why Putin wants Mad dog in that position? Oh well I am sure he knows best.
