    TT/5th Wheel Shopping

This just went up for sale?  Highly regarded molded fiberglass company and is easily half-ton towable, not sure fridge size though. http://www.fiberglassrv.com/forums/f53/2016-escape-5-0ta-for-sale-29-500-usd-84305.html#post687755

    Northeast High Top Conversions

Blackmajick,      I am in NJ an ended up going to Sportsmobile In Texas.  Overall I am happy with it; I also had them put a loft bed in as well.  If I had to do it all over again I would do exactly what Vtwinkicker did or do it myself.

Removable Rear Captains Chair with Hidden Mount

This thread may be helpful: http://forum.expeditionportal.com/threads/114704-The-not-so-definitive-guide-to-Sienna-seats/page46?highlight=Sienna+seats      I believe Sportsmobile also offers a removable captain seat as an option.  I don't know if they will sell the parts for DIY though.

    Cooking with Parchment paper

I do fish all the time in parchment on top of thinly sliced onions, peppers, diced tomatoes, seasoning, lemons and cilantro all sealed up in folded pouch.  I must of saw it on TV because I wouldn't of thought of it on my own.

Electric hot water heater and electric induction cooktop

I have no idea if this is feasible for a mobile set up but for the power you would need it may be worth looking into.  https://www.tesla.com/powerwall

    Lacto-fermenting

At home, I ferment in Ball Jars wrapped in a blanket in a cooler.  Then the fridge when done.  If done in smaller batches, should work as long as there wasn't to big of temp. swings.

    EZ Pass Tracking

I am not sure about other states, but NJ offers a bigger discount on hybrid vehicles.  I had to bring my documents to the Newark office to get my green transponder.

Cutting a BIG hole in the Van floor

I think sportmobile offered that as an option.  http://sportsmobile.com/  Maybe you can find it on their website site or forum.  I believe it was in the space the spare tire occupied.

Anyone here establish an LLC or Trust as owner of your vehicle?

He used a lawyer not one of those advertised online companies like I thought.  He did it for asset protection and to avoid sales tax.

Anyone here establish an LLC or Trust as owner of your vehicle?

A guy I work with used a company like this:  https://www.49dollarmontanaregisteredagent.com/montana/llc to purchase a RV.  Last time we spoke about it he was happy with the service, next time we speak I will update.

Everyone's out west.. Any Jersey Peeps?

Ok so it looks like there are a few of us that are local(including NYC).  Maybe we could get a consensus on a meetup.  I think probably meeting somewhere for a coffee or beer would be a good, simple first step along with possible times and dates.  Also, I am in Mount Tabor just off the rail...

Everyone's out west.. Any Jersey Peeps?

I plan on going to Stokes in either September or October for a couple days, haven't been there yet.  Two camping spots you may want to check out are Mahlon Dickerson Reservation and Stephens State park.   http://m66.siteground.biz/~morrispa/index.php/parks/mahlon-dickerson-reservation  ...

Everyone's out west.. Any Jersey Peeps?

One more here.  I actually split time between North and South Jersey; long story....I am way over due on a proper introduction and build thread but it is coming.  There was a meet up in NY not to long but I had to work.   Having one in the Pine Barrens would be awesome.                        ...
