On the importance of Karma & good vibes when buying a used VW Bus

It's not easy to leave a beach house in Hawaii but, after two years, I succombed to island fever.
Together with my boyfriend, we flew to LA & began the hunt for what would be my second VW
poptop camper. We were headed for Guatemala, but first: Mexico!
After nearly a week of grueling & disappointing days hunting, we found *just* the one!
A lovely baby blue & white air cooled bus, a pop top, with a dealership warranty. Only 5 years old,
low mileage, clean inside & out.
Best of all, & never to be taken lightly, it had "good vibes."
We took it for a test drive---it checked out & looked good to go.
But back at the dealership, our hearts sank to learn it was already SOLD---to someone else---who
would pick it up that afternoon. I nearly crumpled. Until this bus, nothing even remotely appealing
had materialized. Certainly nothing with "good vibes." Now what to do?
That night I dreamed the deal on the bus had fallen thru. I awoke & recalled my dream, then shook
my boyfriend awake to tell him the "news". He was less than enthusiastic. In fact, he scoffed at my
dream, rolled over in bed & pulled the sheet over his head.
But at 9:00 sharp I phoned the dealership (just on the off chance...) The Bus was again For Sale!
Now that's what I call good Karma.
