wyoming summer camping

hello, everyone my name is Bradley, my brother and I have been homeless for two weeks we are in SD living in a grand marque
we would like to spend the summer in Wyoming ,my brother has a heart condition it would be difficult for him to go over 6000ft  I would appreciate any input on this. I would like to meet up with anyone from the tribe this summer if possible.

my brother wants to go to higher elevation the heat is not good for his health. Now we are in Longmont CO
 we are headed for Leadville CO to beat the heat Utah looks nice. Perhaps we will go there at the end of august.
