Stuck between a rock and crazy place

I’m kinda on the same situation and here is what I’m doing. In the summer I plan to live in my house. About December I will winterize the house and head south for 3-4 months. Rinse and repeat. I don’t want to rent my house as that will be stressful for me even with a property manager.

I tend to be a grass is always greener on the other side kinda guy. That’s why I like a house and a Rv. The ying and yang!
