I have no idea of what land prices are in Congress Arizona north of Wickenburg are like but I did stay once at the Escapees park there. At 3,000’ elevation you might want to go up the mountain a little higher in summer. But seemed like a nice enough area.
Another area a little more remote would be Kanab Utah if you wanted some cooler winter weather as it is at almost 5,000’.

^^^Maybe a list of desired conditions as far as elevation, remoteness, utilities, size, price and in general some guidelines of what you hope to find and how you plan to unite or divide the area should be listed?
