Yep, even Cows are NOT native to the USA... Bison are. Cows came from Europe by man's hand. Same with horses. Not a single one here before European man.
Bark Beetles area actually 100% naturally RE-occuring thing.
Without natural acts (such as the bark beetle and fire) the forests would be allowed to run wild and over-populate the land (before man started cutting them all down of course).
