This RV has half decent insulation... not great... but better than most...

I have a portable carpet spot cleaner that I use a lot on the carpet in the Pace Arrow. I have 2 pets, so needed something. However I have 2 strips of maybe 2' x 3' carpet so anything larger than hand held would be overkill.

Yep...there will always be an exception or two...

I was thinking more along the lines of one of those large steam cleaning carpet machines...but hey...ya never know!

Speaking of cleaning carpets: Over the years I have bought vehicles with some pretty crusty carpet. I would tape a garden hose with sprayer attached to my shop vac with a 4” vac nozzle. Turn water nozzle on low and pull shop vac backwards sucking up water and loosened crud. After I get it clean I go back over carpet with just shop vac to suck up the majority of the water left behind. I have even done this in my home on small spots using just a glass of water and shop vac. Best Wishes
