That's funny, I'm in Weymouth too......we sure are neighbors.  I grew up in Weymouth and just moved back four years ago after living in Plymouth (on Bourne Bridge side) for twelve years.  Since my divorce four years ago, I feel like there just has to be more to life than work day in and day out to pay for crazy rent and never enjoying life like I want.  During my endless nights of looking for something more, I stumbled across van dwelling and had an ah ha moment.  So here I am, planning my adventure to travel the country in a van.  I'm hoping I will 'find myself' and my true purpose for my life.

Small world!   I grew up in Weymouth as well.  I lived in Plymouth for about three years right in the center.  I loved being with walking distance of everything downtown.  Then got sick and moved back in with family.  We still have a family summer home in Plymouth that I am part owner of.  But that's going on the market in a few weeks.  Once that sells, I'm buying a van and i'm moving to my house in Maine and getting that ready to sell. Have a nice two car garage there set up as a workshop. So I'll be building my van while we wait for the house to sell.  Once sold, it's living out of a van for the foreseeable future. I don't like to say i'll never do something again, but I hope to never live in Weymouth again once i'm gone. Been here done that, time for a much needed change.

Hello,
I am currently living in Cuero, Tx. I would like to live many many places but to pick just one I'd say New Mexico. I have no specific part.

Best Wishes

Cottonwood-Sedona, Arizona.......The best place for me to live is ARIZONA! Everywhere in Arizona! ! !

Western Australia. If I could snap my fingers and live anywhere, it would be there.

I'm with Bob on this. The reason I live in a vehicle is because I don't want to live in any one spot. That said, if I could afford it, I might be tempted to live in Alaska, at least part of the year. I'm from WA state.

You are not alone with that sentiment.

I like where I am at In Vancouver, WA, but would "Visit" other states during the winter....

I am a native-born Floridian (Patrick Air Force Base); however, since my dad was in the Air Force, we traveled a lot.

I currently live in Sioux Falls, Dakota. If there's anyone here from this area, let me know. :) I am currently living in my van in a co-worker's driveway for now. I have been checking out the stealth parking possibilities and I do see RVs in the Walmart stores here. The cops are pretty aggressive about dealing with the homeless population here. When I retire, there are some places I want to go like Utah, Arizona, Colorado, etc.
