New old guy with rust problem

Okay, I don't have the problem, my 2000 E150 does. I picked up the van to convert to camping so my wife and I could do some cruising. I have converted and lived in two vans in the past (both Fords) and didn't have the problems I am finding with this E150. The two rusted thru holes in the floor I can handle, but not sure how to handle the rusted frame piece. Hopefully the attached photos show what I'm talking about. Any advice would be appreciated. I wouldn't trust a rusted frame problem to anybody but a qualified shop.
