Looking for Deals like New Mexico Annual Pass

Hi folks! 

I saw Bob's video on New Mexico and their excellent annual pass deal, and was wondering if anyone else knows of other states that do this? I think ideally, I would like to pay for maybe 3 or 4 states around the country, so that I could have some "home bases" in different regions. Are any other states like this, or is New Mexico the odd man out?

This info is older(2013 I think), but it's very concise. CA has free state park camping with a Distinguished Veteran Pass and Kansas looks to have passes.

The BLM has summer LTVA camps in the Eastern Sierras. It cost more than the winter LTVA, and it is for less time. https://freecampsites.net/blm-ltvas/

National Parks Pass is still a great deal if you go outside the park to nearby BLM land to sleep.

Unfortunately, most states offer only day use passes, not camping passes. That's what makes the NM pass such a great deal.
