Did you read the GF post about Wayne NF? Never wrote a followup, but the recce was disappointing. Get a copy of the road use map off of the National Forest website. Very little of Wayne NF is actually owned by the National Forest, so one has to be careful where one camps. The back roads are either surrounded by private or commercial lands, or wildlife areas that have different camping rules. Most NF back roads we saw were blocked - OK to hike down but no motor vehicles. It's OK for hikers who walk back into the forest, but We weren't very successful finding places to legally park a MH overnight.
