I read it all, and i think it is horrid. Didn't mean to excuse their bullying behavior. I think in her case it may be legit, i think it was clear she wanted a perm job heading in AND it was clearly their fault. The fact they don't even deny her claims makes it plain they are just hoping to make it enough of a hassle people will give up.

I worked in a warehouse in extreme heat and cold, and it is rough. I threw boxes, probably hundreds a day..maybe thousands. But it isn't gonna kill you if you are prepared. Good shoes, proper clothing, wear compression shorts (the wicking material) under your regular undies (bring an extra pair to swap when those are soaked), bring baby powder for chaffing, stay hydrated with gatorade and water, drink a glass of milk daily(this does make a difference to knees...i didnt believe it till i did it), get the lightest footwear you can with the most cushion you can (cushion first, then weight), and prepare to burn through a pair every other month. On the hottest days, i'd take a little extra long in the bathroom (with the a/c) too when i had the chance soaking your head occasionally too (amazon might be more strict on potty breaks tho). If you are gonna be moving any sort of boxes, get latex dipped gloves (not the dotted garden gloves, but full finger and palm dipped gloves). You hands and forearms will thank you.
