For my battery upgrade I was just getting ready to buy either two of the Universal UB121000 AGMs or a single Renogy 200ah AGM.

The 200ah Renogy AGM goes for $366. The 121000 batteries were $189/ea. just last week but now are $225/ea. on Amazon. Adding $20 for connector cables, the total for the two UBs would be $110 more than the single Renogy.

I've been using just one 100ah UB that's given good service but it's 2 years old so I don't want to pair it with a new one.

Just a standard lead acid vehicle battery replacement has gone from $110 to $179 at WallyWorld... Yes. I remember the 70s but I don't recall price increases of these magnitudes then...

Cheers.

The lifep04 batteries that I bought earlier this year went up $40 apiece since then.

Glad I got my Odyssey AGM battery in Feb.
