Hi: for those of us getting ready to hit the road and getting rid of stuff, domestic violence shelters often need household goods. Our local shelter (check your local one to see if they do this) can always use towels, sheets, blankets, etc. They also take household goods to help women set up a house/apt once they leave. Toasters, beds, dishes, etc. Personally I am not a big fan of goodwill. At ours you can get a receipt to use the donation for taxes. Just an idea. Nora
