Preparing to start living rent free

I'm a 62 year old disabled woman. I'm in the process researching which type of vehicle will suit my husband and I the best. We are both disabled and currently without a vehicle. We're currently staying with one of our Cato save for a vehicle.

Hi. I am also planning to go on the road (initially just for the summers) because I am being evicted from my apartment in Montreal due to real estate speculation/gentrification. I don't have a vehicle yet so I am researching that. In fact trying to cost out the whole project--easier said than done! My son is developmentally disabled and he will be with me. He is only 11 so that's why I can only do summers for a few years, while we try to get him as much useful schooling as possible.
