This is my favorite pan bread.&nbsp; I like to make them using 1/2 regular and 1/2 whole wheat flour.&nbsp; You really do need to use cast iron for best results.<br><br><br><br>Vickie<br><br>

Nope, not sure why you would think it was flour? I say corn in the first line....flour tortillas is a pretty much gringo thing..very little real nutritional value and lots of fat aka lard....tasty as hell tho..<img src="https://vanlivingforum.com/images/boards/smilies/wink.gif" align="absmiddle" border="0"><br><br>I am only interested in corn tortillas...masa de maiz which is a lime slaked, then dried and finely ground corn meal...and water....nothing else....<br><br>Bri<br><br><br>
