Ok so what is your favorite Christmas cookie?

I have not tried white chocolate chips yet? Let me know if you do this as I know they melt differently then dark chocolate stuff.

I have made this several times, using a double boiler for the white chocolate.

You can use white chocolate chips, or the baking section of most grocery stores has white chocolate wafers specifically for making candies.

This is like asking which of your kids you like best. But, if I were asked which cookie do I think of as xmas seasonal, I would answer RUMBALLS!
