I thought he was talking about renting a plot for camping. Don't know what you'd be allowed to do on a lease.

Land leases are often for stuff like grazing and agriculture. If the lease is limited to camping only there must also be a limitation on the number of days per year... for camping this is often 30 days. Would be interesting to see what are the terms and the cost, nothing really comes up on google search for me.
