These folks are Red Cross volunteers and were from Silicone Valley, communications experts.&nbsp; I doubt they started out with little to nothing like many of us here. <div><br></div><div>LOL Yeah I know. You can't be too low with this rig. They only have 13 inches I&nbsp;believe&nbsp;of clearance underneath and to go in and out of say a driveway with this thing. GOT to be a pain. It&nbsp;weighs&nbsp;about 44000 pds!! Its pretty though. Too much for my taste but they do have good&nbsp;information on their blog.&nbsp;</div>

There are different styles and levels of simplicity though of course. It is still a mobile dwelling so they can travel without packing and unpacking each season, don't have a yard to take care of, etc. There is still quite a bit of simplicity there <img src="/images/boards/smilies/smile.gif" border="0" align="absmiddle"> Along with, I am guessing, a whole lot of comfort!&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>Definitely not going deep backwoods with it though!&nbsp;</div>

My Father lived in a MCI7 single level Motorcoach for about 20 yrs, travelled from Northern Ontario to Southern Texas every winter, and sometimes into Mexico. Before the Motorcoach, he was in a class c &amp; b coaches.<div><br></div><div>He loved the lifestyle, it is a&nbsp;minimalists&nbsp;lifestyle as well, although much bigger than a van. He also just parked it, most people never question a Bus sitting, they do not really look at it that good actually. He just parked it in Malls, shopping areas, truck stops, back lots, beaches,&nbsp;camp grounds, casinos, anywhere really.&nbsp;</div>

One problem with a large unit is its too easy to get comfortable in - a couch potato in a mobile home is still a couch potato.
