......to establish myself in Arizona, with....DL, Registration and official Domicile, so I can get started helping people get into their vans, etc.  (I'm a 30 year + carpenter/handyman who could probably whip out these things pretty fast for either free or some fee or barter, entirely depending on the recipient's resources.)

Re my need, I, of course, will do all the foot work, just need help with decisions re these legal requirements. Second guessing governments' meaning, requirements and intent is far beyond my common sense mind, I've realized long ago.

I need you to hold my hand a bit over a little bit of time lapsed duration so I don't make huge mistakes re establishing in Arizona. I'm now in Denver and poised to leave at any time but don't want to make a HUGE stupid move that will be difficult undoing or that I will have to live with for a long time.

I think Bob's mission/revolution is one that needs to be taken as far as humanly possible. This country is to great to be doing what it's doing, to throw away countless lives because they can't financially do the impossible via the classic "american dream."  There ought to be a constitutional right to live in the fashion one wishes, within reason/common sense, of course, not endless bigotry, prejudice, arrogance or "real estate price" issues. As we all know, the leading state on depressing this basic human right is, of course, California. The one state that used to be the leader in advancing human rights and freedoms.

Sincerely, please write if you are such person or know of such person (with their contact info.) Thanks, Rich

Bob Wells has done a number of videos on this. here is one It may be easier to become a resident of Nevada, and there is no State income tax. In rural counties like Nye there are no smog checks, (yet). Bob knows all the ins and outs and he chose Pahrump Nv. as domicile.

Thanks, I know about the Perump thing but I get basic gov. benefits where I am at moment and would probably need them to continue in Arizona for me to live there and help people out at the same time.  Also, do you know how to privately instant message people on this board. Somethings just don't need to be broadcasted to everyone. Thanks, Rich

Right under the area that the person posted a message there is a button for PM. Click on that.

You can likely keep your existing residency for quite some time. I switched my driver's license pretty quick per Colorado law, but kept my voter registration going for 3 or 4 years - voting absentee. I don't see any reason to need to rush this unless you want a quick symbolic break.

What exactly do you need to know? I live in AZ half of each year. It's a very mellow state, from my perspective. Registering your vehicle and getting a driver's license is a piece of cake. I did it with a UPS Store address (you will need to get your mail somewhere anyway, so rent a box for as long as you need.) You can register to vote, set up a bank account, and rent a self-storage building to store some things, which helps establish your domicile.

Do you have a specific location in mind?

You may already know that much of the Coconino National Forest is closed to camping due to the horrible drought and fire conditions, including the Mogollon Rim and around Flagstaff, which is why I'm still in CO and not in Northern AZ, where I normally am this time of year. It's too dang hot in Baja AZ already.

I am establishing my residence here in Arizona also as I feel it will be a good move for my existence needs!

There are many dispersed camping available here ! Rangers are on high patrol to make sure people behave so they don't need to close off! High fire risk so need to be careful!
