A lot of times the bulbs are burnt out. Do yourself a favor and replace them with l.e.d.' s as you can. I have found them at Batteries, & Bulbs Plus for around $8. or less apiece. I've converted all of mine, and now I can run all my lights at once if I want and still use less battery power.
This is the best way to make your battery last when not plugged in.

Trailer swayed on I-10 in Banning. Did a complete 360 and WAS not hit and traffic was heavy. Damage to truck and trailer fairly light, damage to me? Scared the crap out of me.

DAMN ROB! Is the trailer carrying a load of any kind? Is it evenly distributed with a bias of more towards the tongue?
Sounds like you might need a load leveler hitch.
Glad you're OK, some of those SoCal freeways can be rough.
Remember, don't drive too fast with it.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOh Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitt.
Whew! I hatesk when that happensk !

Glad you made it through it.
Get off that highway and on the slow roads.
(Hope you can figure out what caused it when Jim arrives ....)

oh my goodness Rob... most important thing is that you are ok ....

Wow, can't even imagine how scary that must have been. Glad no one was hurt and glad Jim is on his way. Here's to hoping the rest of the trip is a lot more uneventful.

I remember one time spining out on a wet road with my kids in the back seat.  Their response, Lets do that again!.

Rob, you now have another good story to tell at the campfires.  I am glad you survived.

Pnolens and I went up and Picked up the trailer. Minor damages to the trailer and a dent in the truck fender. His 7 pin on the truck needs replacing too. I was able to use my bars with his brackets so we hitched the trailer up to the Expedition and brought it back to where we are staying near Algodones. The trailer rides very nose high so I think a drop hitch and sway bar will do more for him than a equalizer hitch will. I was having to touch the brake controller when the big rigs passed but had no other issues, I'd flip the axles just to get the nose down but in the mean time a full fresh water tank will add some weight to the tongue. We have him set up level and will re access in the morning.
