Mattress and flex seal

Well....Tossed out my recliner (Local scum charity) and bought a camping cot from Walmart...

Oh what a TERRIBLE choice.

3" too short for my frame and too thin....

Returned it and then went wandering about the store....

Hey, found 3 bottles of Flex Seal and a nice mattress....

75" long, 39" wide and 5" SOFT inches deep....

I'll spend the next weekend spraying the back, side edge of windows and top to try and seal the WHOLE van....

And get a pole across the back to hang the clothing....

Lousy, lousy, lousy sleep last night. tonight will be better...

I had something like that back in the early '80. The foam quickly became saggy and compressed. I would hope the bed in the link has better foam, but at that price I'm skeptical.

I'm kind of laughing at myself for what I went from and to what I am going to.

Had the bed, but gave it up for room, then the back got wet, so I went to the recliner

Now deciding to keep the van for awhile, now sealing the back and...going back to a bed....

I just saw what may very well help me stay in this.

Pretty simple set up and thin so that it's not getting in the way.

I'll be haunting junkyards for the door and this...

Hard to see (tried to resize to no avail) but simple steel shelving over the tire hump...I'm losing room right now so this will help recover it.
