Good morning. Rain will start today here in S. Texas :-(

Nothing happening. Dr. appointment Friday to get my knee looked at that I screwed up in a motorcycle accident in the early '70's. I have a plate and 5 screws in there. Ugh.

I also got a knee injured in the 60's. My mom sewed a Honda wings patch on both pair of my jeans right knee so that when I rubbed it I would remember why it ached. I don't need reminding after 59 years of aching.

Mine has started hurting bad if I walk about a 100 yards or stand still for a few minutes. I have an L shaped piece of steel into the bulbous part of the femur that mishaped the socket with the upright part screwed into the femur. A lot of popping going on down there now. I am NOT looking forward to what I am going to have to go through to get it back to where I can use it good again. I broke the femur right above the joint but I was bullet proof back then. LOL

Just thought, you know you're getting old when you talk about aches and pains. LOL

Sorry for the reminder Bullfrog.

Good luck with the tests. With all this sitting I am doing now, blood clots are starting to get on my radar. Getting old ain't for wusses!

Working on an rv certainly means a lot of up and downs and leaning so just think how good it will be to lube your joints.

I wish I could get out to work on the van. I've stockpiled some stuff for upgrades for when I can. I pretty much have to babysit the wife pretty constantly otherwise. My main exercise now is going out every hour to hour and a half to the patio with her. I need to work on not being such a sitting hen and try to leave her by herself more but tough for me.

I'm just glad I'm still around with only a few aches and pains!!!

If I had known I would live so long, I would have taken better care of myself. Probably not as there was a lot of fun stuff that could have gone horribly wrong.

Not me, I was shooting for 30 years max, never imagined I'd make it to 67!  Has to be divine intervention!

That is why the disclaimer at the end. 30 was over the hill and might as well be dead. LOL Made it to 70 with only the bum knee. I am in pretty good shape otherwise but am wasting away as in atrophy because I am not doing any exercise but sitting around. Still waiting to become unstuck so I can get the he double hockey sticks outta here. No idea how long I can be out before becoming stuck on my own account.

Good morning. Rain passed through this morning with more for this afternoon. Buster will be missed but the heartache will subside with time.

On another note, I called about the shed yesterday and they said the paperwork had been passed to transportation, so hopefully soon.
