I've bookmarked "Women on the Road", and will look at the others later today.&nbsp; My Private Investigator friend is encouraging me to get a handgun for protection if I insist on traveling alone.&nbsp; Is that something you other single girls have done?&nbsp; CA Laws are more strict than other states; what are the requirements if you're traveling through other states?

Terry, in every group of nomads there are those looking toward a nomadic life in the future. Sometimes it seems there are more working toward the life than actually in it.

On facebook is a group called Women's RV Travel Tribe  created for solo female nomads. Really great group of ladies. I don't know where is the best place to post this so maybe someone can repost it in a better place, but there is an awesome camp meeting in May in Arkansas, camp nomad college for newbies and a great place for the expeirenced nomad to meet others with the same spirit. It is free, but there are only a few spots left open. Limited to just 18 rigs, cars, tents, vans, TT whatever.
