Hey guys....I am sorry for not bein here. I spent some time in York Nebraska and I got really sick with some stomach bug. I have always been on top of the whole sanitation effort but sometimes you just get sick. And being sick living in your suv is not cool and not for sissies! And being alone you usually don't take care of yourself once you do get sick.
By day 5, I couldn't even keep a sip of water down therefore, I stopped drinking. That 5th day, I knew something was wrong when my heart starting beating like I have never felt. I drove to the er and my heart had gone into a-phib due to dehydration. My b/p was 140/48. They slowed my heart and rebooted. The biggest fear was a possible stroke. So I had to stay at the hospital. I felt so bad. With no family or friends near.
That's not the worst part! I had to explain why I was living in my car. According to the hospital, you must be a druggie or an alcoholic!!!!! I found out that they were looking for withdrawal symptoms! I was mortified to say the least.
I finally semi lost it and told the Dr I drive a huge suv and I go where I want, stop where I want and I don't drink! After that, I think I cried for an hour.
I have never felt more humiliated in my life!
I am on blood thinners.
I am currently in Salina Kansas and will be here until I can find some work and get back on the road! How do you find temporary work? All advice is welcome! Thanx for listening!
