Since he has a rented apartment in Florida, even if he is not staying there right now, that is a legitimate, legal address, so the best option, in my opinion.

^........and to get a NEW Florida License....DMV requires (2) pieces of "official" mail Addressed & Mailed to him at the address as proof of residency.....and they mail the completed lic. to your address

3 warnings but no tickets.Cops are friendly down here

3 times in about 6 months or so? What, do you often drive erratically or something?
