The batteries weren’t that low this morning, 97% I went down to fuel up and went I got back in the Check Engine light was on, checked the volt gauge and the Volt gauge wasn’t showing any charge. Checked the stunt for the batteries and it was showing a discharge, have the generator running now to top off the batteries. The Dealers opens at 8:30 this morning.
Are you doing Snyder Hill BLM like most people? Nicos Mexican food place on the right on 86 just before you get to the turn off onto 286 has a walk up/drive thru (watch the over head sign over the order speaker) and pretty good cheap food. You could go out 86 to 286 and go south to the VFW on the left or go on to Caballo Loco sign on the right and pull in on the left in the gravel area or go right down the dirt road to some pull out campsites. It is about 10 miles from the turn off. Much nicer than Snyder Hill and usually the Border Patrol hangs out there in one of their transport vans or trucks so super safe. If you are heading to Ajo fill up at the intersection as it is a pretty good run to the next gas.
I am parked across from the YARC flag, if you look to the North you should see me. I pulled in last night and it was so dark I just found someplace to sleep for the night. It was pretty windy for a little bit it was a rocking my around.
Got up this morning and went to get some gas and checkin.
