No dust at La Posa South today. It got. A good soaking this morning.

I guess I don't need to visit the Magic Circle, the Magic Circle came to visit me.

There was an Old Man his dog, and he was wearing a Shirt and his shoes!!!

I think I need Therapy!!!

Haha the magic circle folks don't recognise the backs of the signs saying entering clothing optional area.

I miss all the nakeds coming through.

Speaking of which, Wonder Hussy has a new video this week of her walking the magic circle path. This is about the 10th time I have been in or near the place featured in her videos when she posts them in the past year. I love her videos. She does good and interesting research most of the time, but failed a little on the LTVA info.

For those that are at the YARC I will have ribs ready by 4:30 PM today.

YUMM!!!!

I can see tomorrow’s headlines “Stampede in LTVA leads to several inquiries into prepaid cremations!” Lol!!! Hope that guy and his dog made it back to the magic circle! Lol!!!

I don't know, but there aint nothing like a fat old man walking around half neeked.

How were they? I missed out cause of fetching water and a phone call from X

They were falling off the bone good!!

I still have a bunch left.

It takes about 4 hours for ribs, 2 hours with just smoke and 2 hours in foil, any more and they are over done.

I cook them at 250*.

I've always wondered how just smoke cooks anything? I want my ribs or whatever meat well done.

Where there is smoke there is fire and heat.

Heat X time accomplishes the cooking, smoke adds flavor.

The wood or in this case pellets are heated with an electric rid until they are burning, and than a fan and auger feed more pellets into the burner cup, The smoke added the flavor to the heat and the heat cooks it it.

Interesting! Can you imagine how dangerous deep rock mining a fault line would be?
