A couple of locals told me La Mesa is not bringing rv’s this year. Not going to open the Quartzite location.

The La Mesa RV website does not show any event for Quartzsite,. They are going to a show in Scottsdale from the 7th thru the 10th.

I have 2 Guided Fishing Services in AZ but both are in the Phoenix area, one for Flatheads at $300, and the other for Bass at $350, plus a $55 Fishing Lic.

I have emails out to both of them and I will see what happenes.

I may have to just drive the RV over there and go fishing!!!

If it was fly fishing for trout I would be interested but none of those beautities are around in the desert.

I did find where you can buy a Short Term Fishing Lic for $20 a day, that is a better deal. This is a better way to go.

I went to private resort owned by the guy that started BassPro Shop years ago. He raises his own Trout, some of these were 18" to 24" long!!

By fishing wasn't allowed.

Fishing is really slow here at Lake Powell. Your Arizona license is good anywhere on Lake Powell even in Utah as they “share” the lake by agreement. Wayne’s Words web site has lots of good fly fishing information as well as some catfish pictures if you search. A little further north ice fishing is really doing good. Sidney Smith on Facebook out of Vernal Utah has some really nice pictures of his latest trips. This spring Lake Havasu the Red Ear Sunfish should all be records as they have an unlimited food supply. Last year several 5 lb fish were harvested.

I'd be real proud to help catch the 5# sunfish.

Several over 12” caught last year but but a couple over 15” that looked like footballs. Had to fold them to get them in a 5 gallon bucket. There are some YouTube videos to watch as well of those if you search.

Oh no you are not getting me to start watching fishing videos today. That can go on for hours.

I wonder where the nearest fishing for edible fish to Quartzsite is in Arizona. I know certain sections of the Colorado River are controlled by California and fishing is restricted but I’m not sure about that area.

I want to go to Lake Havasu fishing this spring, and there's a small lake in southern CA that has HUGE bluegills in it. The biggest I've ever seen.

I posted the Off-road races in Parker were Cancelled..............

Promoters have changed the race-routes to avoid the CRIT lands and are still holding the events.....

A friend of mine has asked me to ask where to find info about the Off-road races in the area. New routes ect.

What are CRIT lands?
