Blower setting

I'm converting a 1999 Dodge 3500... The blower in the heater doesn't seem to be working on the first three setting or but the fourth max setting works just fine... Any ideas?

My '03 Jeep was the same way. (Similar instruments). I believed it to be a problem with vacuum lines, but I never cared enough to troubleshoot it because max worked for me. Someone else might know more.

You need a new blower motor resistor and or a new switch.

On my 89 this is located behind glove box. 30 second swap if the connector is still good.
