Good post. Yeah, I think it is good to let the friends know it isn't all roses all of the time. And if they get way too jealous, just ask them what's stopping them from doing the same?

Loved your post and can related to most of the examples. Why is it that the rain, wind, or blizzard in my area always starts while we're out walking the dogs? My older tiny looks at me with a no way Mommy look and I pick her up and carry her indoors.
