You could also cut the knot off a bungee cord to remove the hook and then put the cord back through the hook and either tie a knot or double it back and use a tie wrap to make the knot.

Lots of possibilities here!

I also think I found an easy way to hang curtains/window covers in the back of my mini van thanks to an old post from a few years ago I saw in a search. I don't know how much longer the van is going to last so I don't really want to make Reflectix covers. I'm just going to hang some black material like felt maybe. The tint on the back windows is already very dark.

So maybe a couple ideas, since I don't know what our sides are fabric, plastic, metal or ?.
If metal try some heavy duty silicon glue stuff (Sorry don't know the name but it is used on boats to attach stuff) and glue some half circle rings thick enough to hold up a shower curtain rod.
Plastic maybe some heavy duty command hooks. That way if they need to be adjusted they can be. Just add a loop to the curtains, may want a hook in the middle on the roof or it may sag to much in the middle.
If fabric sides, stitch on some heavy duty velcro stuff and then the other piece sewn to curtains. No mater what, unless you do something like a curtain rod the curtain is most likely going to sag in the middle. If that's ok don't worry about the middle hook. I have seen velcro on fabric walls and then glued to the curtain rod ends and that may work for you.

We had a curtain for the front between the drive area and the back, but dog kept getting tangled in it and pulling it down, so now it is gone, and only around the windows and they don't go much below the window them self.... I did glue and sew velcro to the edges of the windows and curtains so now they are tighter to the windows so silly dog can't mess with them as much. He is much happier with out them in his way.

You can purchase stretch cord of the type used to make bungees by the foot or the yard on Ebay snd Amazon annd from other sources too. It comes in different diameters and colors.

To create an eyelet at the ends to put a fastener through I squeeze electrical ring terminals onto the ends of the cord. Very easy way to terminate the ends without needing to use hooks.

Hey thanks for the tip on the Avantus fabric clips, Wanderingsoul.

I have a good job for them (I think) in the back of my van. Worth a try anyway. They come 20 to a box, so I ordered one box for now.

I am not going to whine about a bit of occassional showers and highs in the 60s and windy days this week. That is because I just took a look at what this weather system is going to do to areas north of here. They are calling it an epic storm that could bring blizzard conditions the further north it travels.

But we have had gust of around 30 this week and other days with gust of 25 or 20. March seems to be a month that brings a fair amount of winds.

Did some canvas work this afternoon. Trip into town this morning to ship out an order and then go to the laundromat as well as get a few things from the hardware store.

It does feel a bit chilly this evening so I will turn on the heater.

Pancakes for dinner with real butter and maple syrup. I had some sticks of butter I wanted to turn into Ghee so that the butter can be stored without refrigeration. Easy cooking process to do that. It also saves money versus buying Ghee pre- made at the grocery stores. Lots of youtube videos on the process.

Here is another bluesy song from that black browed warbler, mourning an old man's passing, foretells our experience today being shut out from death and mourning with only internet memorials for headstones as our elders ashes are sprinkled over distant mountains in faraway lands during our absence from real life. Now that is a strange looking beast, and a carnivorous marsupial. I thought all marsupials were cute and cuddly.

There's mounting evidence that it's still out there. I've seen some very convincing videos emerging from the island... Really hope it comes true. Now you want to talk strange and weird. How about: "Polly don't want a cracker, Polly wants to eat your flesh and crack your skull"!!!

Yeah but the the hell is a fenugreek seed?

You can get em at Indian, Paki, or Middle Eastern stores. Otherwise, ditch em! (they do add good flavor).

:D

Addendum: I actually use the powder more than the seeds - use less if so.

Cheers.

OMG. I wasn’t hungry until I saw this. Now all I can think about is making this so I can use it as a dip for Ravella’s bread...
