Found 2000 RT. Has 130k miles on a Chevy chassis. He'll take 17000.00. Mechanic will check for $135.00. Is it all worth it? Gideon33w suggests taking off cost of all maintenance items off the top so my offer would be much less than 17000.00.  What do y'all think? This is in AZ. Thanks!

You need to check out the interior items as well.  Is the refrigerator original? If so it will probably need to be replaced.  The appliances and other interior items can be an issue because they do wear out, especially since they are next to an exterior wall.  It can be difficult to get replacements for the appliances of an older model.
