I'm interested in purchasing the window on this Chevrolet's passenger-side sliding door. Any idea where I can find it? Part # or manufacturer?

I have experience with this.
Go to your favorite Used Car Dealer.   :)

After they are done being disappointed they are Not going to sell you a truck, ask them which auto glass company they use, and the phone number.

Call them, use your car lot as a referral, ask for best price, installed, at your location.

Pretty simple, reasonable cost, and they will do it in an hour or so, in your parking spot, within a few days after they get the glass.
If it is an odd dimension, they may ask you to measure, or have a tech drive by who will do it.

Best,  wheels

One I found on eBay. Might want to do a little more searching first.

Also you might consider a junkyard and getting a whole door with the window already. Then you don't have to do all the work of cutting and installing. Probably could do cheaper than this link

Thanks mr_elijiah_gardner. Good tip on the junk yard. Let's see if anyone else recognizes it and can suggest a manufacturer/part # ... before I dig around the yards!

replacement window glass or put one in on a door that didn't come with one?
internet search has genuine part for $560 for replacement glass. might do lot better at local shop.

Put one in on a door that didn't come with one. Thanks for that question, I should've clarified on my op.

this is where I found the window:

You didn't put which year and it had 2 different diagrams.

Vehicle year is 2005

I think this is the appropriate link: https://www.wholesalegmpartsonline....odel=14504&modelYear=2005&ukey_category=19407

So would parts 26 and 27 be all I need? Seems like I would still need the weatherstrip and screws, right? I don't see them on the link above.

Which would bring us back to the junk yard option. Seems like it would be cheaper in the end to buy a door with window already installed as mr_elijah_gardner mentioned earlier: https://m.ebay.com/itm/REAR-SIDE-DO...0a9c0a352e714ffdb8d34%7Ciid%3A5
