I'm down 40# in two months.  I went full-time boondocking 6 weeks ago.  I have coffee each morning. I eat one meal a day in the afternoon, cooked over propane: chicken or sausage, onion, garlic, bell pepper, mushrooms, canned beans, frozen greens and one of several spice mixes for flavor.  It's a big meal!

I have a small 12V fridge to keep several days worth of food chilled and don't buy snacks to graze on unconsciously like I used to.  When I go in town for supplies and laundry, about once a week, there's always some sort of fun food, so I still cheat.  It's just much less frequent than in my sticks and bricks life.
