Van Living Forum decal

very cool item! I just bought the xl with free overnight shipping! I imgine this is going to give hours upon hours of entertainment.

Please let me know how it works! I was considering one myself but as I'm not much of an artist or inclined to drawing I didn't want to pay to experiment with it... I really want to see how it works out for you!

I think it's close, but ummm...somebody is gonna say it if I dont...so here goes:

Why is the guy holding his crotch?

Once you see that, you can't un-see it. Maybe he played baseball?

How about he should be petting the dog or resting his hand on his knee...

Better to see this and have it fixed before it goes to the printer...or so it seems to me.

And also, how about a slightly older man? A touch of grey in his hair maybe?

I dunno...he looks to me like a 20-something on a weekend trip.

Just sayin.

So the Van is a little more in the spirit of a high top Pro Master rig now. Spare on the back, solar panels on top, awning, and running board trim help make it look more like a Nomad rig..

And his left hand is on top of his right thigh. (bracing himself as he leans to the fire)

Hey all, we are designing a decal for Van Living Forum and I'd like to know what you think of this design.

Does this suggest Van Living when you look at it? I'm interested in your ideas.

This bothers me... not just the crotch gird since it's true you can't unsee it now.. haha.. but lets have a little REAL CHAT.

You want a concept that reprents us? OKAY how about this

A comic like layout of several different pictures.

1st photo A retail worker fixing their nametag on their vest in a big box retail store parking lot inside their minivan before they go into work.
2nd photo and elderly women in the back of a full size van reading a Section 8 housing denial letter while she is watching TV with her cat in the back.
3rd a middle aged guy pooping in a bucket next to his van on BLM land because he wanted a vacation from his toxic job just had no way to afford a vacation with hotels! so he just got away into the BLM land for a few weeks to detox and relax God knows he deserves it but does not get paid enough!
4th a 18 year old studding her college books in her car's bed under the glow of the streetlamps at night next to a well lit hospital God knows they can't afford house while they can't work because they you know are spending all their time trying to learn to be a doctor!


Then the tag line. WE are Vanliving, and with vanliving forum we have community together no matter the distance.

I am F'en tired of the fake BS rosey butterflys and bull crap. Van life is hard, but it's a good tool to help us advance our careers or get ahead or to somehow get by when life gets to hard to keep everything else going.

The economy sucks food prices are through the roof and you show us some guy roasting marshmallows and holding his nuts? what?

Van life is about ALL people from so many vast different walks of life coming to this lifestyle for so many different reasons. I tend to follow city living van liffers on youtube but also watch the BLM land ones too. like Bob and others. So many different backgrounds and so many different stories and things that make us different.

You are completely out of touch in my opinion.

If anything and you had to pick ONE I'd say it be a 40-45 year old lady with a bunch of her shat tied to the roof of her van as she moves out of her apartment while the landlord is out there in a business causal clothes yelling "Rents is only going up to $1,600 plus fees!" while he shrugs gaslighting her into thinking it's a bargin while she gives em the finger and drives towards the BLM 1,789 miles ahead sign.

That's what brings us together.. we all get to say P*SS off the that landlord and we got out of the monthly rent race! and it was glorious!

Send a private message to the person who was designing those stickers. That image you are looking at was just a capture from a software program. I am not sure if they even made it off the computer screen design phase into the realm of being an actual product that can be ordered that is for sale. It certainly does not say that they are now available in this thread.
