I just bought a used Valence U27-12XP locally at a really good price. It has around 300 cycles on it. Will Prouse has done a review and tear down of the Valence RT series and they are premium quality. The XP seems no less of a quality product. The seller has more units available. I’m wondering if anyone would be interested in a group buy. I’d deliver them to Quartzite/Parker the week of the RTR. You’d get an awesome battery at a great price and I’d get some gas money for the trip. Looking to keep the cost per battery less than $600. I’d need to get commitments for 10 batteries minimum to get under that price point. The more people/higher quantity in the group buy the better the price. Trying to gauge interest; reply if you would want to participate and what quantity you’re interested in.

Make sure they are tested first or you can test before buying.

I saw a post from a guy that purchased 4 of them and the capacity was less than 50%. All 4 only put out about 240ah. Might have just been bad luck, but I would have been pissed.

$600 sounds high for that battery. I've seen them advertised in the $300's.

Roger, thanks for the info. Working on building a cable to communicate with mine using info from Benjamin Nelson on YT so I can verify info from seller. Have any links to those batteries in the $300s? Does that include shipping/delivery? Do they provide any printouts proving their capacity?

Just an update: Got my cable made and found the software to connect. The battery I received only has 90 charge cycles on it and there were no faults tripped on it. Cell voltages looked good as well.
