Updated 2017 RTR Calendar

On behalf of Bob, I will be posting the latest updated calendar of events and seminars for the 2017 Rubber Tramp Rendezvous (RTR) in this thread. (In years past, the calendar changes a little bit each day as items get added or taken away.)

While it doesn't really need to be on the official calendar, it should be noted that Diane (DragonFlyintheSky) and I (Beth) will be setting up each day at a table near the Free Tarp to make to name buttons.

We'll be open immediately after the morning meeting ends for app. 1 1/2 hours each day for at least the next week.

Buttons are so we can a) remember what our own name is if you're forgetful, and b) so that other people can remember your name.

Donations are welcome but not mandatory. We put the donation jar to to try to help recoup the cost of the equipment and the materials. Any excess funds will be used for pizza for the clean up crew after the RTR ends and/or donated to a local charity.

The button machine and materials will be kept with Bob for the summer RTR use and for next year.

Also, Scott and Altli are hosting a meditation every morning at 9 at Atli's van, a white full-size Ford Sprinter van. To find Atli's van from the main RTR site, go out to the main gravel road (Mitchell Mine Rd) and drive north (toward I-10), take the first drive to your left. Atli's van is to the left several hundred feet in. The GPS coordinates are 33.653519, -114.147233.

This evening we have no updates to the calendar that was posted last night in the opening post.
