Good evening/morning everyone,

I am going to be taking off the walls and gutting the entire van. The walls are anchored by a 1"plastic disc that is a fastener. See picture.
Best way to remove these things?

There are panel removal tools at auto parts stores. Tell them what you need to do and they'll fix you up with the right kind.

If you are going to remove them and throw them and those BIG plastic interior parts away try a claw hammer or tack remover that looks like a small claw end of the hammer.  Fastest way it a sharp wood chisel and hammer.  You won't believe how much room there is without those panels.

Or just grab the edges of the panels and yank hard.

You mean jerk it off?  If you have windows there are probably seatbelt anchors that have to be removed.  Those threaded holes and anchor bolts work really well for fastening a piece of wood to for attaching shelves to the wall.  Jackson I'm sending you a PM
