Hey guy's I'm beginning my build, and I'm trying to decide on the best method of insulating my cargo trailer. I was thinking about doing the spray in insulation any thoughts? BTW forgive me if I'm in the wrong place for this question,[/quote] and I'm sure this has been ask a 1000 times. SORRY

I think I'd go with 2" foam sheets with moisture barrier. Easy and clean to work with.
Others here have more experience with cargo trailers than I do.

I only use sheets of styrofoam. Specifically I use Polyiso because it has R-6 per inch. Home Depot sells it.

I'm happy with the R4 I'm getting from reflectx, course I'm not staying in cold climates or dealing with snow in the winter. If I was going to use a foam insulation... I would probably use that basic A/B foam you get from mixing with water and pouring or slapping on as it is just cheap as hell, the spray foam stuff is just too expensive.
