I had a 1950 Chevy Hot Rod Panel Truck that I posted on e-Buy.
I didn't notice the part where you can set the guides as to who can bid on your item, like their rating points, or where they live.
The guy that kept trumping all the other bids, and asking all the questions, was from Amsterdam, and only had 7 points on his account. When the bidding closed, and he was the winning bidder...I thought I was going to have to re=post my ad and go through it again.
but the guy turned out great! He flew into our local airport, we went to my bank and did the money thing, and he drove it down to LA where he stuffed it into a container, and shipped it home.
Super guy! We're still in regular contact...and this was almost 4 years ago.
It definitely went to the right person.
