RTR Scaddan wash boundary map

For those of us that may want to camp farther away from the crowd or just interested here is the boundary for the wash. It's the first result in this google search. Tried the same search using DuckDuckGo, which more than a few people think is great, because it is not Google. DDG uses Bing which is Microsoft. So different than Google. A false choice. A direct link to the government PDF was not in the first page of results. Bing does more manipulation than Google.

Do we need a permit to camp in the old RTR area? Just the regular 14 day land but not scaddan wash?

the old RTR area is Scaddan Wash and yes you need a permit. the new area is Plamosa Wash. highdesertranger

Yes. That is regular camping area not associated with the RTR. You will need to get your permit at the camp host where it is still (rough) blacktop. They used to fly a flag
