Thank you for all that information and suggestions I will definitely speak to the three churches within my vicinity and then expand out as needed if they cannot help. As for my vision, my application is being processed and I have between December and April to hear a response as to whether or not I will be cleared to receive disability. As of right now my vision has most will know is 20/400 and my eye doctor is working to find a specialist who will try to Discount see/ work on me eyes and also take my Medicaid. So far no luck, but doc iz very hopeful and I am trying to be. So right now it's in the hands of SSA here whether they will approve my application for disability or noSomeone, in response to Syfyinsanebaby, said they had never heard of a nomad with kids. There are nomads traveling with children. Of the ones I have seen on youtube, they all had pretty decent rigs. I've seen them living in a school bus, a Class C, and a very expensive Class A.
I'd rather see Syfy and the kids in a school bus, or shuttle bus, before a pod. Sometimes churches find vehicles for people. Syfy, you have to let people know what you need. People in your community.
Contact different organizations that regularly do fundraisers. Ie. Rotary Club, Masonic Lodge, Knights of Columbus
Those people will know people... eventually someone will find a vehicle or rig for you.
If you are legally blind, there will be lots of financial assistance. If not legally blind, then get your vision corrected ASAP.
As fir the vehicle house, I have a list I have been looking and if I find one who can help I'm prepared with that list. They are ironically ADA shuttles with lifts I've bin seeing fir sale . $7,500 with 170,000mi is the average
