What are the actual rooftop dimensions for the Pro master width and length for high and low tops? I'm considering buying one to live in San Francisco to attend college there.

Nice, very detailed, oddly tho they don't show the width, only length and height. The factory shows the width at 81", but that does not necessarily mean the roof is that wide, although promasters do look very square.

It gets confusing as the interior width is 73.4" (at side panels), but the roof is 81" wide when measured up top.

So, width depends on whether you are looking for roof real estate or interior dimensions.

The edge of the roof exterior has a compound angle that makes measuring a philosophical exercise.

The Vantech H3 rack in this pic is 65" wide, probably 65.25" including the vinyl endcaps:

It extends past the first angle but not the plane of the side of the van.  I think when I was looking for panels 68" was the longest that would fit without hanging off the side of the van (it would stick out past the first angle).  The panels in this pic are 62.2" long (mounted crosswise).

I can climb up there with a measuring tape if you have something specific in mind.

I used this Adrian Steel upfitter site to get the dimensions.  They remained accurate for current models.

Great, that is exactly what I needed. Good to know that 72 cell panels fit crossways
