<P>The thread on milk reminded me of using powdered eggs and wondered if anyone has any experience using them outright to make scrambled eggs or in cooking other dishes. I ate quite a lot of them in the Navy and developed a liking for them. The scrambled eggs you get at McDonalds tastes like powdered to me. Also, wondered if anyone's ever used powdered butter.</P>
