Used to be into comic books as a kid. I didn't realize Barbara Gordon existed anywhere outside of the old TV show. I suppose a whole Batgirl magazine spun off that show, because I don't recall the character existing before then.<br><br>I'm the guy whose mother threw out an entire suitcase full of 50s era comics because I left them laying around.<br>

Some are worth quite a bit, others not so much. To be honest, I don't remember which issues I had. I did get a kick later on showing mom some VERY high priced issues, and letting her think she'd thrown out a small fortune lol.

<P>I don't understand extroverts; I'm so high on the introvert scale it's pathetic lol. A forum such as this, where most people are a&nbsp;bit hermitic, is fine. Dealing with people in social setting, well, I can fake it real well, but I can't bring myself to enjoy it. It's mentally draining.</P>

Now, in all seriousness, many extroverts-such as myself, have mommy and daddy issues and we will spend all of our lives trying to please and entertain everyone so we can be thrown a scrap of praise now and again.&nbsp;We learn that we will never please some people so it eventually doesn't matter but why not try anyway?&nbsp;Works for me though and I can be the life of the party or sing kareoke and dance on the bar without ever having to touch a beer. It's not about not liking people. It's about dealing with them on a social level - I get no enjoyment from it. Small talk serves no function to me. We don't seem to have the same mindset lol.
