I also had an issue with my Renogy kit and posted here. I was going to take care of it on my own as I have no patience for going back-and-forth with customer support. 'Renogy' (user account here) also appeared in my thread and encouraged me to contact support - I sent one email and the correct parts arrived with no other questions. It sounds like they have also made it right in your case. You really can't ask more than that. I'm glad the Renogy company has a presence here.
